We only collect information that helps us deliver our educational offerings, stay in touch with you, and maintain accurate course records.
We collect only what’s needed to serve you well:
Contact details: your name, email address, and (if provided) your billing address.
Purchase history: what courses, webinars, or resources you have bought.
Account details: your Simplero ID login information.
Payment method: payment is processed securely through Simplero’s integrated system. Credit card details are encrypted and stored by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). The Neufeld Institute itself never sees or stores your full card information.
Cookies and analytics: like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads) to understand how our website is used and to improve communication. These do not identify you personally.
We use your information to:
process registrations, purchases, and subscriptions
provide you with access to courses, webinars, and event materials
keep accurate records of your course history and certificates
send you course-related updates and, if you choose, our newsletter
improve our website and communication through anonymous analytics
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone outside the Neufeld Institute except trusted service providers who help us run our website and store data securely (for example, Simplero, Google, or email delivery systems).
All data is stored securely through Simplero’s system, which uses encrypted connections (SSL) and industry-standard security protocols.
We regularly review our systems to ensure compliance and safety.
Your payment information is encrypted and processed by third-party providers that meet strict international security standards (PCI-DSS).
Your account access is personal and non-transferable.
For security reasons, our team cannot access or reset your password. If you forget it, please use the “Forgot Password” which you can see when you try to log in - to create a new one.
We keep your registration and course history so we can verify completion, offer re-enrollment options, and ensure you receive credit for prerequisite courses.
Inactive contact information is automatically archived after two years if you haven’t had any active engagement or haven’t subscribed to our newsletter.
You have full control over your personal information. You can at any time:
request a copy of the information we have about you
ask us to correct or delete your information
withdraw your consent to receive newsletters or marketing emails

We have never experienced a database breach. In the unlikely event of one, we would promptly notify all affected users in accordance with Canadian and EU law.
