Do I receive a certificate at the end of a course?
Yes. We provide a Verification of Attendance certificate for every course. It includes the total course hours as listed in our Course Catalogue. The hours are calculated as twice the number of course sessions plus additional time (listed on the certificate as “___ hours +”), to reflect that the material includes more than just the recorded lectures and that the amount of supplementary resources viewed varies by student.
You’ll find instructions for requesting your certificate in the Wrap-Up section of your course.
If you missed requesting a certificate for a past Virtual Campus course, please contact us.
Can I receive continuing education credits or professional development credit hours for taking Neufeld Courses?
No, we can’t issue formal course credit as we are not an accredited educational institution. However, we do provide a Verification of Attendance certificate for every course, showing the course hours (listed in our Course Catalogue). You can use your certificate along with the course description from our website to apply for credit with your professional body or institution. It is up to each organization to decide whether equivalent credits can be earned through our courses
How does course access work on your new learning platform?
Each course registration includes 12 months of access to course material and the opportunity to ask questions (your “Study Pass”). The access term is set per course and does not accumulate with each new course registration. Registering for a new course does not automatically include access to your past courses.
How can I access courses I’ve taken in the past?
We’re launching a Campus Membership program in early 2026 that will allow you to access past courses on our new learning platform (including courses purchased in DVD, Lecture Video, Online Campus Course, on-site, or facilitated group class formats). This monthly subscription will also include campus library resources.
In the meantime, we have interim solutions:
What can I expect on your new learning platform?

Once our Campus Membership program is ready in early 2026, you can access your past courses via a monthly subscription.
