The Wisdom of Dependence

While preparing his keynote for the 2023 Neufeld Institute Conferenc, Dr. Gordon Neufeld recognized just how central our attitudes toward dependence are in relating to children—and to one another. The topic proved too rich for a single keynote, leading Dr. Neufeld to create a four-part video series. The first two parts were shared during the conference, followed by a full four-part webinar in October 2023. He was joined by Dr. Deborah MacNamara, Tamara Strijack, and Genevieve Schreier to deepen the material with stories, illustrations, and practical insight.
